Results

We lose no time in moving each case to resolution by settlement or trial. We frequently prepare a Summons and Complaint the same day we have been retained. Our motto is “maximum results in minimum time”. Every step of each case is completed as rapidly as possible. It is true that crowded court calendars caused by an insufficient number of judges and courtrooms, do bring some delays which vary from country to country. However, few, in any, other law firms prepare their cases for resolution as quickly as Lurie, Ilchert, MacDonnell & Ryan. We never are the cause of delays. We have a well-carned reputation of always being ready to go forward at every phase of the case, including always being ready for trial before a judge and jury. This has resulted in settlements that would otherwise have been impossible, not only in strong cases, but in problematic cases as well.

Million dollar final results are not rarities in our office. 80 of our clients have received $1,000,000 or more for their personal injuries. 203 of our clients have received $500,000 or more for their personal injuries. Unlike so many other New York City personal injury attorneys, we have not included in these figures large jury verdicts which were drastically reduced by the trial judge or by an appeals court. We are straight shooters and make no misleading claims. We are very familiar with the special techniques necessary to win the largest amounts of money permitted by law in difficult personal injury cases.
